On Friday, 31st, 2017, I had my last teaching practicum of the second period. I can say that it was an amazing experience that I will never forget. In this class, I planned interacting activities to have students active and engaged during the class. I could notice that students liked the activities because since the beginning of the class they were participating a lot.

I developed a warm-up activity in which students had to move around the classroom and share personal information. I also developed a card game in which students walked around the classroom and they needed to ask their classmates to change a direct sentence into reported speech. Moreover, I wanted to benefit students’ different learning styles, so I did the activity “Find someone who…” in which they needed to report what they classmates said. The last activity was a jigsaw, so students discussed about the reliability of internet. As a conclusion, I can say that I achieved my goal because students practiced a lot the reported speech and they spoke the whole class.

I really liked to work with the students from the American Access English program because of their willingness to learn English.
